The Village of Concord along with the Township of Concord has contracted with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department to provide the Village and Township police services. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department’s superior service, expertise, up to date training, multitude of law enforcement assets and vast law enforcement resources provides economies of scale and a safer Village and Township for our residents. Per the contract the Village of Concord and the Township of Concord receive a full time deputy who patrols for 40 hours a week.
